The training schedule is started from Monday and runs all the way to Thursday. During this period you get to alternate the workouts laid in the program. He has also covered light and moderate cardio training during off days. After training for 5 weeks, then you’ll start training once a week or after every 10 days but still doing the alternating of workouts.
Although most of ideas contrast with the generally accepted approaches of weight training, Pete actually did his research. His approach works well, a good reason to get started on it.
